Pricing Policy
At Blow On The Go, we take great care to price our services thoughtfully, with consideration given to a range of factors. Our service prices are based on the time required, the location of the salon, the specific inclusions of each service, and other relevant factors. Please note that the prices listed for each service are starting points, and the final price may vary depending on additional services or products used during the appointment. We want you to feel confident and informed about the cost of your appointment, and we are happy to answer any questions you may have about our pricing policy.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that unexpected events may sometimes require you to cancel your appointment, and we strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. In order to ensure timely service for all our clients and to respect the time of our stylists, we have established the following cancellation policy for in-salon services:

1. Cancellation notice: If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another client who may be waiting.

2. Late cancellation fee: If you fail to provide 24 hours' notice of cancellation, we will charge a late cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled appointment cost to the card on file.

3. No-show fee: If you fail to show up for your appointment without providing notice, we will charge a no-show fee of 100% of the scheduled appointment cost to the card on file.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we strive to be understanding and flexible while balancing the needs of our clients and stylists. Please contact us with any questions or concerns you may have regarding this policy.

Mobile Services Policy:

Blow On The Go is pleased to offer mobile blowout services for your convenience. We provide professional hairstyling services at the location of your choice, whether it's your home, office, or event venue. Our mobile services are subject to the following policies and guidelines:

1. Booking: Mobile services must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to schedule your appointment.

2. Service Area: Our mobile services are currently available within a 20-mile radius of the Blow On The Go salon. Additional fees may apply for services outside this area.

3. Deposit: To secure your mobile service appointment, we require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service cost. The deposit can be made via credit card over the phone or online. The remaining balance will be due at the time of service.

4. Cancellation: If you need to cancel your mobile service appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund of your deposit. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.

5. Parking: Please ensure that adequate parking is available at the location where the service will be provided. If paid parking is required, this cost will be added to your service fee.

6. Facilities: We require a clean and well-lit area to perform mobile services. Please ensure that there is a suitable location with adequate electrical outlets, lighting, and ventilation for the service to be performed.

7. Service Limitations: Our mobile services are limited to blowouts and updos. We cannot provide haircuts, color, or other treatments in a mobile setting.

Extensions:
At Blow On The Go, we welcome clients with extensions, but please note that we cannot be held responsible for any damage or loosening that may occur during a wash or blowout. While we take extra care in handling extensions, we cannot guarantee their safety during the service. We understand that extensions are expensive and delicate, and we strive to provide the best possible service while protecting our clients' investments.
